The train line to Simonstown is histoiracally important, touching the naval history of the Cape in mnay ways. An outrageously picturesque communter line tracing the western edge of False Bay. Now the section between Fish Hoek and Simonstown is only a shuttle with one old train running. The tracks are sandy.
